Job Description
1. As HSE manager, set up the HSE control and management system as per the requirement from company's standard HSE policy and the requirement from the client.
2. Lead the project HSE team, Monitor the implement of the HSE management system, ensure the HSE system is under good control;
3. Set up the HSE plan and schedule based on the main construction schedule, including the cheduling /training /meeting /inspection /documentation and reporting etc.;
4. Review the procurement document to ensure the necessary HSE requirement included and the necessary HSE measures included in the tender document and necessary quotation covered in the bidding document.
5. Review and audit the construction plan, ensure the construction plan meet the requirement of the client and compliance with company's HSE policy.
6. Lead and make all necessary site HSE inspection/training/meeting/reporting systems into effective, and ensure the HSE management is under good control;


Qualification
1. Major in HSE or civil or relevant ; above 10 years relevant working experience
2. Fluent English, both in writing and speaking;
3. Multi-national project and foreign consultant corporation HSE manager experience is prefer;
