任职资格：

1、专科及以上学历，进出口贸易、物流类相关专业；

2、3年以上相关领域业务操作经验；

3、有空运一单到底的操作经验

3、熟悉海/空运操作，具备单证、货代、运输及一定进出口贸易知识，熟悉贸易条款，DDP/DAP/CIP/FCA；

4、英文熟练，电脑操作熟练；

5、工作细心、责任心强，具有较强的服务意识和团队精神。

6、熟悉报关3C/服装等业务类型

岗位要求：

1、对货物的报关进度的跟踪，协调和对突发情况的处理

2、整理报关单证及其它相关文件，负责录入应收应付费用，安排开发票事宜；

3、负责提供海外代理业务文件及放货事宜；

4、单证及文件的整理及归档等；

5、客户投诉、纠纷的处理及上级交办的其他相关工作。

6、客户的维护、定期拜访，客户动向的及时反馈
