Overall to be responsible for Wellness product development and management including story exploring, composing and creation, pricing, product launch plan, Size of Line Control, communication, research, competitor monitoring, sales support, blue cap registration support, etc. as well as to manage Wellness branding in China.
Responsibilities:
? Wellness Strategy Setting: Support Wellness Development Director to develop China Wellness product strategy to meet the need to jump start Wellness business in China.
? Product Development:
o Initiate product idea and concept for new product development.
o Develop new products under China product strategy and brand positioning. Actively participating in NPD(new product development) process, closely work with Global Wellness Marketing, R&D, regulatory, package design team, manufacture, and possibly outsourcing firms.
o Manage Wellness Pricing and SOL.
o Support QA(quality assurance) team and routinely check products to secure product quality.
? Wellness Brand Marketing:
o Drive, Support and develop brand building in all parts of our operations, including Internal and external communication, tone of voice in copy, visual direction etc.
o Responsible to manage communication tools or platforms such as Wellness catalogues, PR, advertisement & social media, online media, etc.
o Manage Wellness Pricing, SOL and other marketing key managing parameter.
o Closely watch the sales progress, evaluate and analyse the data and come out a report monthly with action plans to ensure wellness business growth.
o Utilizing research conducting and information collecting to keep updated about Wellness market trend, market situation, competitor status, consultants’ needs, and consumer preference & purchase behaviour.
? Internal Communication: routinely communicate with internal departments such as Global Wellness Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Manufacture, Marketing, Sales Force, Consultants, Training team, Commercial Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, etc. to increase efficiency.
? Annual budget management.
? Join and support company conferences and sales meetings.
? Other Wellness Marketing assignment.
Task:
? Support to develop overall China Wellness Marketing Plan including Product Launch Plan, Relevant Pricing, Brand Development, SOL, Catalogue, Communication Plan, etc.
? Build an aspirational umbrella Wellness Brand by means of effective communication in all channels and other marketing activities (ex. Greening the offices - sustainability)
? Develop Communication, building strong Brand and attract youth and new recruits and end consumers through strong brand communication methods internally among employees and sales force and externally
? Inspire creativity and Innovation
? Responsibility for building Brand awareness within global framework and brand image including public relations for China
? Coordinate and complement regionally supported 360 campaigns and build strong relationship with the sales team
? Full cost responsibility for the Product and Brand Marketing.
? Supporting development and implementation of the strategies in order to reduce the excess in stock.
? Other Wellness marketing related tasks
Qualifications:
At least 6 years Combined and solid background brand and product manager experience in Health Food industries in China market, health food linked background knowledge is a must. Nice to have direct selling experience. A must-have keen insight to Chinese consumers in terms of various geographic areas.
? Solid experience to develop health food products and know the health food related policies and regulations and familiar the process of Blue Cap registration.
? Knowing China wellness market trend, consumer preference and behavior.
? Good skill in data analysis and consolidation and transform to a report with actions.
? Ability to develop strong professional relationships and to influence peers, managers,
and third parties and sales force.
? Be open, have excellent interpersonal and human management skills, and will be particularly strong at communicating and building relationships with multiple constituencies.
? Possess a high level of creativity, drive, energy, and personal commitment, will be able to prioritize and will possess outstanding organizational skills with regard to his/her own work as well as to others.
? Good English verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
? Must be fluent in spoken and written Chinese.
? Excellent skill to operate Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, prefered to be familiar to assess Project.
