To plan the materials, manage the stock and purchase the needed items in a cost effective way thus to supply the affordable medicinal products from the plant to market on time.
以成本节约型的方法计划物料、管理库存、采购所需物料，准时将工厂生产的价格合理的医药产品供应给市场；
Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the role to be achieved )
主要职责(描述该职位要取得的结果)
1. Material requirement planning and production planning so as to avoid the out-of-stock situations 计划所需物料，制作生产计划，避免出现缺货情况；
2. Maintain stocks of product and material at a reasonable level according to forecasted needs of market and production as well as the agreement with the Head of Techops&BPA regarding the safety stocks level so as to optimize the inventory. 根据预测将产品和物料保持合理的库存量，根据与技术总监和BPA的约定设定安全库存，以优化库存；
3. Source and Purchase materials at a cost effective way, so as to create more savings and synergies;以成本节约型的方法采购物料和物品，创造更多的节约，降低成本；
4. Manage the suppliers in a creative way with relevant tools to ensure the supply of materials to the company;用科学方法管理供应商，确保公司所需物料的供应；
5. Procure licensed in products from local Chinese business partner or global suppliers to support Commercial to develop the business; 从本地的合作伙伴或国外供应商购买贸易医药产品，协助商务部开展开拓业务；
6. Manage the warehouse according to corporate and GMP/HSE requirements to avoid any critical defects;按照GMP和HSE以及总公司的要求管理仓库，避免任何关键项差错的出现；
7. Handling the delivery of finished product to 3rd party logistics warehouse and/or distributors on time to contribute to the growing business for the company. 准时将货物发送给第三方物流公司和/或分销商，以发展公司的业务；
8. As a member of Quality Council and Complaint Handling Council, participate in handling quality and complaint related issue.
作为中山工厂质量委员会及投诉处理委员会成员，参与协调和处理与质量和投诉相关事务；
