职位描述：

Job Scope:

· Provides marketing support & coordination for China: marcom, PR & media management, event management, marketing strategy support…

· Participates as a key contributor to support the management team in a good and efficient manner.

· Possibility to extend role to Asiapacific

Major accountabilities:

· Coordinate marketing activities in China: organize events, distributors meetings, seminars…

· Responsible for marketing material and gift preparation, printing / maintenance…

· Developing marketing case studies

· Manage web content and social media (Wechat, Weibo, Sina…), regularly update content, work with UK office to develop and improve the website

· Support in managing brand image and Public Relation

· Provide assistance as needed to senior management team

· Handle ad hoc assignments as requested

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferable

· Minimum of 3-5 years hands-on working experience; preferable working for MNCs background

Competencies Required:

· Must be patient, friendly, disciplined and customer oriented

· Hardworking, loyal and not afraid of new challenges

· Independent and mature, comfortable working by him/herself

· Has a knowledge and understanding of business and processes

· Prior marketing support experience: 1-2 years

· Strong communication skills: fluent in English & Mandarin (oral and written)

· Strong interpersonal skills and team player: being able to deal with a broad range of people from executives to other business associates in multiple cultures

· Excellent coordination and organization skills

· Excellent problem solving skills and diplomacy in problem resolution

· High level of judgment and integrity, attention to details, high work standards

· Proficiency in computer software: Powerpoint, Excel, Word. Good in preparing presentation and report
