职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.Lead local finance teams in maintaining integrity of all accounting data adherence to both International financial reporting standards (IFRS) and Russian accounting standards (RAS).
2.Work as a strategic partner of business teams to provide timely and accurate financial analyses and advice.
3.Prepare, analyze and interpret both financial and managerial accounting reports/statements, as important reference for senior management team’s decision-making.
4.Manage and review financial forecast for the country, and act as an active member of the local management team to challenge, assess, judge stock in trade rotation, forward pricing scenarios, exceptional margin items and all the cost forecasts for the country.
5.Formulate a sophisticated internal credit and tax control framework to control business risk and improve company’s interest.
6.Implement treasury strategy and funding solution, and supervise cash management in running business.
7.Develop financial accounting procedures and systems to maintain business data reporting and improve operation efficiency.
8.Ensure compliance with corporate’s accounting policies, procedures and internal control mechanisms and provide regular and ad-hoc reports in time.
9.Select, develop, and motivate talents to ensure the efficient operation of the finance department.
 
任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting or economics.
2.At least 10years’experience in financial and accounting function in an international environment, preferably in consumer electronics industry in a medium and large company
3.At least 3 years of managerial role experience with a proven track record of building strong and motivated teams.
4.Strong knowledge and experience in financial and accounting, deep insight and solid problem-solving skills in financial and accounting arena.
5. Proficiency in RAS and IFRS, CPA or equivalent Accounting Certification is preferable.
6. Excellent in organizing, communicating, influencing and motivating others, both good at managerial and hands-on works.
