职位描述
Responsibilities
? Support project teams to well understand and implement all applicable manuals and regulations including IICG Risk Manual, TDM, IICG China risk related process & routines and Chinese national and provincial fire safety and/or security codes. Highly focus on day to day guiding fire safety and/or security system design and supervising their construction quality.
? Be responsible for fire safety and/or security training to project team on design and construction quality.
? Ensure defined fire safety & security standards are implemented.
? Coordinate resources and expertise in order to successfully find out the deviations and mitigate potential risk during design, construction and daily operation phases.
? Support to shape risk management oriented documents so as to ensure all SCs in China have consistent level, those documents include:
? Guideline, process, daily routine on fire safety and/or security system design, construction.
? Emergency Response Plan in case of fire and/or security incidents.
? Support to coordinate with 3rd party consultant on regular independent fire safety and/or security system design review and site inspection.
? Involve in the application of fire construction approval from fire bureau and/or security construction approval from police department.
? Cooperate and coordinate with project/property team on shopping centre handover standards, especially for fire safety and/or security related system.
? Support Shopping Centre Safety and Security managers to manage the operation/preparedness of shopping centre Grand Opening.
? Support to conduct annual safety and security check for each shopping centre.
? Keep legal/risk department informed of situations and problems with respect to shopping centre safety & security issues.
? Any tasks assigned by Fire Safety Manager and IICG China Central Risk Department.
Qualifications
? Degree in public safety management, or Fire/ELV engineering. Master Degree is a plus.
? Good knowledge on the methodology & SOW of the risk management for public buildings such as shopping malls.
? 5+ years of solid public buildings risk assessment/management; or project management experience specified in Fire Safety and/or Security system design and construction. Charted engineer is a plus.
? Knowledge for emergency response plan for occupancy phase is preferred.
? Experience in working with local government authorities, familiar with the coordination with Fire Bureau and/or police department is a must.
? Good communication skills in Chinese and English, both written and verbal.
? Strong self-motivation and people management skills are required.
? Good planning and execution capability and interpersonal skills.
