Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Shanghai Office

Reporting to: Finance Manager
Hours: Standard with some requirement for overtime / flexibility

Salary/ grade: Negotiable

OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLE: mainly responsible for project accounting and project performance analysis

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for project accounting
2. Control project cost booked in project system
3. Responsible for PRS report and analysis.
4. Responsible for order pass-through analysis and order intake analysis
5. Coordinate with project manager for financial issues on project, forecast project revenue and cost based on the project process and project milestone
6. Responsible for project contract management
7. Assist in order pass-through payment preparation
8. Assist in internal control process.
9. Assist in ad-hoc task assigned by Finance Manager.

OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION: More than 5 years similar working experience in foreign invested company, good English skills, good experience to use financial software, excel etc, demonstrated good analytical skill. Experience in project accounting highly preferred.
