The position is on behalf of BAERLOCHER (SHANGHAI) TRADING CO., LTD

Based in Changning District, Shanghai


Responsibilities:


1. Take in charge of a trading company and a toll manufacturing plant financial month-end closing reporting, including compliance reports to local authorities & internal reports (COGNOS Report) in English, as well as support finance controller proactively for other financial functions;

2. Manage the company's cash flow and its request, including finance arrangement internally and externally;

3. Maintain and improve existing analysis systems for company's internal processes, e.g. budget and forecast, profitability analysis;

4. Manage the Trading Company annual inspection & timely renewal of business/tax certificate;

5. Maintain appropriate level of internal controls and make sure full compliance of company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations;

6. CAPEX management.



Requirement:


1. Bachelor Degree in accounting / financial management or similar;

2. Solid accounting and financial experience with a minimum of 5 years in an international company, at least 2 years in a supervisor's role;

3. Good communication-skills, & good written / spoken Business English, in addition to Mandarin;

4. Working experience with cost calculations/allocations;

5. Good command of ERP system, such as UFIDA 8/SAP, well-versed in MS Excel;

6. Familiar with PRC GAAP, and IFRS, past experience covering whole accounting processes and preparation of management reporting packages preferred;

7. Responsible, self-driven & detail-oriented;

8. Working location is based in Shanghai with biweekly visit to Liyang, Jiangsu Province required.
