Your specific duties and responsibilities include:
- Secure and review the legal aspects of the Groups leasing activities in China.
- Support the lease organization in matters related to commercial leasing (e.g. produce and negotiate lease agreements).
- Coordinate the legal aspects of the leasing activities with IICG Legal Department and external lawyers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree required, major in Law
- Above 7 years related experience, at least two years experience in commercial leasing.
- Very good knowledge in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
