职位描述
Job Description:
1. Portfolio Management
? Review overall category portfolio and mix performance. Make recommendation on, under/over exploited products and potential discontinues.
? Evaluate current product offering and planned new product introductions and highlight potential discontinuations.
2. Developing Category Strategies
? Analyse and interpret external and internal data, identify gaps and highlighting potential opportunities and risks.
? Define category strategy by low, mid and upper mass market segments. Highlight key brands and concepts within the category and support needed to drive growth.
3. New Product Introductions
? Work with Global product management teams to determine correct positioning of new product launches.
? Attend quarterly global marketing meeting to discuss and give input on new product development plans.
4. Support Oriflame Brand
? Ensure positioning, support plans and communications are in line with and support the overall Oriflame brand positioning.
? Identify and maximise use of key brands with positive ‘hallo’ effect potential on Oriflame brand.
Required:
1. University Degree
2. +5 years of Demand / Category Planning experience
3. Experience of working in an S&OP environment
4. Knowledge/understanding of supply planning and distribution systems and processes.
5. Knowledge of statistical forecasting approaches and techniques
