Key Tasks and Responsibilities are defined as:
1.Providing general support to Sales team by acting on a variety of requests including, but not limited to quote preparing, produce information and other sales related activities to achieve the sales target.
2.Creating and maintaining customer information, order and contact in SAP system.
3.Following up customer order and ensuring material delivery plan will meet customer target.
4.Coordinating communication of all customer-related issues. Working closely with internal cross-functional department such as Finance and supply chain to ensure responsiveness to customer requests.
5.Updating contracts in SAP system based on contract customer’s forecast and history
6.Issuing monthly invoice statement to customer and working with Finance to ensure VAT process according to company’s policy.
7.Working closely with sales team to chase overdue payment back according to monthly AR report.
8.Full-filling customer complaints in complaint report sheet and tacking internal corrective actions.
9.Always maintain a high-level customer satisfaction.
10.Ensure all relevant sales processes are compliant with company policy

Education and Experience Required:
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.1-3 year related experience
3.Excellent communication skills
4.Strong interpersonal skills
5.Good command of windows software such as Excel and Word
6.Ability of multi-tasking and team player
