职位描述
Main Duties:
Handle and organize the job with small team taken complete technical responsibility of the teamwork.
Prepare presentations of the jobs done according with company and/or customer standards
Help the Group leader with economical and customer relation project activities.
Assure that assigned work package use defined work directives and guidelines
Provide information to the group Leader on the status of the assigned task
As request by group leader, participating in customer technical meetings & design review events as required
Within the CAE activities related to a project or work package, take the full responsibility of organizing and coordinating an operational strength dedicated team.
Follow-up the team assuring that the CAE virtual models are compliant with the company and/or customer required quality standards, including the modelling (i.e. mesh modelling, multi body modelling, etc…).
Follow-up the team assuring, within the limit and approximations of the used numerical method, that the CAE virtual models are representative of the physical problem or test that have to be virtually reproduced or solved.
Put in action methods and strategies in order to keep the CAE models up to date in terms of BOM and CAD data release.
Problem solving capability on specific CAE issues, using own technical background and/or retrieving, organizing and selecting the resources and tools necessary to solve the problem.
Using engineering judgement to support the design team in the product development phases, giving proposals and solutions supported by the evidence of the CAE analysis results.
Qualification:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering Bachelor or Master
Familiar with overall vehicle development process
Excellent knowledge of the continuum mechanics and material and structural fatigue theory with special attention to automotive application about all regarding sheet metal, welds and spot weld failures mode.
Excellent knowledge of the Finite Element Method (FEM), linear and non linear, implicit and explicit and/or other computational numerical methods used to solve complex problems related to structural strength, fulfillment of normal operational condition and durability in the automotive field
Excellent knowledge and ability in the usage of the most common structural commercial software such as NASTRAN, ABAQUS, FEMSITE, MSC Fatigue, Ncode.
Fluent in English
