岗位职责:

Work as a business partner to HR managers and senior Management at both Regional and Country level on people management issues and major HR initiatives to meet the business goals
Work with the Corporate HR Teams & Country HR to identify appropriate recruitment channels, performing market analysis on compensation package so as to develop the appropriate offer to key positions in countries
Engage in manpower planning, organization design and talent development of Countries to cope with the changing business needs
Give advice to Countries in respect of cost-saving, efficiency and effectiveness through review of policies & procedures and new system implementations
Ensure the HQ HR framework is implemented and work with Country HR on customization for local requirements
Provide training & coaching to Country HR team

任职资格:

？Bachelor degree or above
？8 years’ HR generalist experience with at least 5 years in managerial role in sizable or international companies a must
？Regional exposure is essential and preferably in Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Japan and US
？Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Japan and US
？Proven expertise in overseas recruitment
？Demonstrated capability as a business partner to work with senior management at Regional and Country level
？Involved in organizational changes and HR projects with substantial business impact
？Proven ability to provide high quality independent analysis, evaluations and recommendations to senior management
？Well-developed organizational skills in order to juggle multiple tasks at one time
？Customer oriented yet able to influence others
？Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
？Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese ( including Putonghua) is essential
？Travel to overseas are required
？Work location in Shenzhen
