Inbound Sales Consultants - Phone based
No Cold Calling - Permanent role - Prime working location in CBD - Strong experience in sales call centre -Monday to Friday only

The Role:

To be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries for Regus business, products, and services.
To handle all enquiries effectively, with a sales - focused mindset, with the goal of booking a sales tour or converting the call to a sale on the spot.
To meet and exceed the sales targets as assigned and to ensure all enquiries are followed-up on by the Sales Managers.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of strong experience working in a sales call center or a tele-sales role in a multi-national company.
Excellent communication skills (both in oral and written) in English & Chinese.
Excellent team player.
Ability & passion to sell over the phone with excellent convincing capability.
Ability to multi task and to meet deadlines while keeping a "can do" attitude.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel) and CRM systems.
