With the continuing expansion of the business in Asia Pacific, Regus are seeking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee design, construction and delivery of new centres across the Region. The preference is for a candidate a strong level of E&M experience and experience in corporate or hotel interior fit-out projects.

The position will report to the New Centre Opening Project Management head APAC and will be a single point of coordination of the activities related to building new Centres. The role would involve regular travelling across different cities in China.

Key tasks:

• Establish the feasibility of building new Centres in target buildings
• Budgeting for new projects.
• Review specifications and agree scope of work with contractors, landlords, developers and JV partners.
• Develop and implement project timetables with designers and key suppliers to take schemes through the full Project Cycle. Select, order, coordinate and administer all elements of the fit-out.
• Manage the effective transition from building site to business center.
• Manage each new project to assure timely delivery of the Centre within budget and to the quality standards required.

Core Skills:

• Educated to degree or diploma level and financially astute.
• E&M prefered with Project Management background.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in managing multiple projects, preferably in the area of corporate fit-out.
• Highly effective interpersonal, communication and influencing skills (orally and in writing).
• Flexibility to accommodate frequently changing customer needs and changing workloads within the team.
• Demonstrable understanding of safety, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, power and office technology installations and the issues which effect building and architectural considerations within projects.
