1. Position:Senior HR Supervisor – China
岗位:高级人事主管-中国
2. Report to:HR Manager
汇报对象:人力资源经理

General Responsibilities:
1. Plan & implement performance management program;
执行并管理员工绩效管理项目
2. Plan and conduct staff training and development program
负责规划和组织公司培训及相关职业发展规划项目。
3. Supervise the company’s staffing function;
监督管理公司招聘与配置工作
4. Assist direct manager to manage the eam/functions.
协助上级经理管理团队
5. Support HR manager to diagnose the efficiency of the organization and provide solutions to improve it.
协助人力资源部经理组织规划,提供有效HR解决方案。

Detailed Responsibilities:
1. Plan & Implement performance management program;
执行并管理员工绩效管理项目
a. Assist in executing company performance appraisal program based on existing policy and review to optimize the process;
根据现有政策,执行公司整体绩效考核工作,检查和优化流程;
b. Assist the Management to Setup Manager level annual PM KPI target and ensure effective evaluation;
协助经理部门设定中层管理人员的年度绩效考核指标的及有效实施考核;
c. Assist Department/Branch manager to setup KPI for supervisor and supervise the implementation.
协助部门/分公司建立主管年度绩效考核指标并监督实施;
d. Summarize PM result and provide conclusion report after analysis;
汇总绩效考核结果并加以分析后提供小结报告;
e. Supervise PM program for general staff.
监督一般员工的绩效考核工作。

2. Plan and conduct staff training and development program
负责规划和组织公司培训及相关职业发展规划项目。
a. Setup a team of internal part-time trainer and work with external training service provider to implement corporate training program.
建立内部兼职培训师队伍结合外部培训服务开展公司培训工作;
b. Organize new staff orientation program;
组织新员工入职培训;
c. Organize Internship training program and provide quarterly summary report;
组织实习生整体培训计划并提供季度小结;
d. Responsible for corporate training plan and implementation;
负责公司层面的培训计划与项目实施;
e. Assist Department/Branch to setup internal training program and supervise the implementation.
协助部门制定部门内部培训计划并监督实施.
f. Assist to launch and implement DSV Trainee/university/talents etc Program
协助推广和执行公司相关项目(培训生计划、优秀人才储备、DSV大学等)

3. Supervise the company’s staffing function;
监督管理公司招聘配置与员工关系相关工作
a. Cooperate and set up in annual headcount planning, implementation and budget controlling upon request
根据需要,协助和建立年度人员招聘计划,执行和预算控制
b. Verify staffing report
检查招聘报表
c. Formulate, evaluate and improve recruitment process and effectiveness based on necessary analysis to enhance service quality and ensure policies, practices and processes are executed and full compliance to the company's standard
确保招聘政策和实施过程的有效性和执行完全符合公司的标准,结合必要的分析,评估和改进招聘程序以提高服务质量;
d. Coach the subordinators on the professional staffing skills
培养下属招聘专业能力与技巧
e. Responsible for company internship and trainee program
负责公司实习生和培训生计划

4. Assist direct manager to manage the HR team.
协助上级经理管理人事团队
a. Supervisor & help subordinate on work process and ensure company policy is well implemented;
监督并帮助下属人员开展工作,确保公司政策的合理实施;
b. Assist in HR policy setup & overall evaluation before implementation;
协助人事政策的建立与实施前的综合评估;
c. Provide suggestions and improvement proposals for HR management;
提供人力资源管理建议及改进方案;
d. Provide cross-department support for other HR projects。
跨部门的工作并支持其他人力资源项目。

5. Support HR manager to diagnose the efficiency of the organization and provide solutions to improve it.
协助人力资源部经理组织规划,提供有效HR解决方案。
a. Close communication with each business unit, collect effective comments and provide HR solutions timely.
与业务部门紧密沟通,了解相关需求,及时提供有效HR解决方案。
b. Help to build up the healthy company culture
协助建立适合的企业组织文化
c. Other Ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by direct manager.
其他上级指派的任务和项目。

Qualifications
1. Knowledge & Skills:Familiar with Labor law and regulations; HR knowledge of PM and training; excellent communication skills at all levels.
知识&技能:熟悉劳动法律法规;具备绩效管理及培训的相关知识;各级良好的沟通技巧
2. Education & Training:College or above
教育&培训:大专及以上
3. Experience:At least 6 years working experience in HR function with at least 2 years in supervisor level or above.
工作经验:至少6年专职人事工作经验,2年以上主管经验
4. Personal Characteristics:Mature, Well organized, People-sensitivity, Self-starter and self-disciplinary;Projects a professional image, inspires trust and confidence in others; Hardworking and willing to work under pressure; Able to handle multi-tasks and interface with various groups of people in a fast paced environment.

5. Language:Fluent English in both oral and written
