BASIC FUNCTION
The role of the Recruiter is to seek out, identify and recruit external candidates coming from the Pharmaceutical Industry, from Biotechs and/or from the Health World, with strong professional potential making it possible to meet the needs of our clients. The recruiter will establish a privileged relationship with each candidate, allowing them to understand the candidate’s motivations and develop a strong relational network. During interviews, recruiter will have to transmit and convey to all of their contacts the principles of our business model (new generation CRO) by following all of the regulations and the processes in force.
Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
Utilize job boards, networking, direct recruitment, social media and other advanced recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques to identify active and passive talented permanent and consulting candidates.
Establish and maintain relationships with well-qualified candidates.
Source candidates via resume database and networking sites.
Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
Articulate the value proposition for candidates who are interested in the job opportunity.
Conduct professional and thoughtful phone interviews and capture that data effectively and appropriately in the
Resourcing database.
Compare candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments with requisition specifications to determine if the candidate is a match for the role Continuously build talent pipeline to ensure there are multiple candidates in play at all times.
Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities to Project Lead and Staffing Manager
Proactively and regularly communicate the status of each search to the Project Lead and Staffing Manager
Education and Work Experience:
Completion of a four year university degree preferred
Training in Human Resources desirable
Minimum two years’ experience in Recruiting, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry
