能力要求：
1、有较强的审美能力，能够独立色彩搭配，风格配色，把握网页色彩调配、结构布局。对WEB2.0网页风格有较强的把握能力。

2、精通PS、DW，能够运用FLASH

3、精通DIV、CSS，熟练掌握JS

4、有一定的基础英文能力者优先（只要求简单的英文能认识）
