To provide specialist placement expertise and act as focal point for placement and carrier relationship activities, including building a nationwide team of placement specialists and actively managing placement activities to maximize the benefit of our carrier relationship strategy.

Job Content：
工作职责：
1.Assistance on setting up Company placement strategies and implementations.
协助建立和实施公司排分战略。
2.Carrier relationship management (both at Group and local levels).
承保人关系管理（包含集团及当地市场）。
3.Placement data analysis and report.
排分数据分析和报告出具。
4.Working on other revenue driven initiatives.
负责其他收益推动计划。

Education and/or Experience：
教育水平/工作经历：
1.Bachelor degree or above, insurance major is preferred.
本科及以上学历，保险专业优先考虑。
2.3+ year experiences in the insurance industry or system operation/management experience.
至少3年以上保险行业工作经历或者系统管理运营经验。

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
知识,技能和能力：
1.High technic skills and well knowledge and understanding of the insurance market.
高水平的技能和知识，对保险市场有一定了解。
2.Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
流利的英语以及普通话能力
3.Good skills in office software like word, excel and PowerPoint
