Quality pilot for robustness, risk management, quality targets

1) He’s in charge of the management of RFQ, DNF & OCM robustness for all the project parts
* Prepare the content of the regular meeting (weekly robustness review)
* Animate the robustness meeting to ensure the correct robustness of the RFQ package or DFN for further officialization
* RFQ: actualize the checklist and make the synthesis KPI
* DFN: Actualize in the robustness tool the status of the part (including packaging , Assembly, logistic using Q3P status )
* Make sure the status is shared with DPCA
* Do the corresponding KPI for the DFN robustness

2) He’s in charge of the risk management (design retex)
* Animate all the risks (learn & lessons from china, VNR, etc) to ensure the correct advance of the action plan.
* Animate weekly meeting with technical departments
* Do the corresponding KPI for the retex management.

3) He is working under the Project Quality Manager operational management in order to make sure that the quality targets feasibility is ok.
