Job Title: AR /Collector- Contractor position
Job Responsibility:
-Based on the Monthly Aging, collect trade receivables of assigned areas of accounts by calls/mails in English beyond set terms in accordance with company policies.
- Serve as one of the primary points of contact /escalation for AR operational issues and questions.
- Work with the Business Units as well as sales staff on disputed payments to resolve issues and obtain payment.
- Document preparation and support on writing off to bad debt. Maintain Bankruptcy files on customers within the assigned countries.
- Credit evaluation and collection history recording and analyzing.
- Apply cash into opening invoices upon receipts.
- Adjust and process ARA and manual journals based on correct approvals.
- Reporting and reconciliation report requirements.
- Monthly close/ open activities.
- supporting auditing.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRE
-Bachelor degree in English or above. The certificate for the English major test (Level 8 or equivalent) is required.
-The second language is Korea / Japanese.
-Has some accounting background (accounting certificate preferred). Or AR; AP ; sales finance support experiences .
-Dispute resolving ability; business sense; logical thinking; analyze skills and focus on details.
-Excellent English communication in listening; writing and speaking.
-Strong team spirit; friendly and manageable.
-Must be very proficiency with Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
-Age is from 24- 32 years old .
-Must be with some accounting background ( AR; AP ; sales finance report ; sales assistant 1-3 years ) .
