项目采购专员 Program Purchasing Specialist

工作概要 Job Summary
？Take the responsibility of program cost and timeline as purchasing role
？Work with commodity buyer to identify BOM cost including electronic and mechanical parts, even assemble
？Very familiar with company process at program buyer role

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Take part in weekly program meeting to get the task from PM and show the result.
2. Control and deal with anything happened in materials during the program development.
3. Control the cost of BOM and review it with finance and boss
4. Assign the reasonable task to commodity team to secure the timeline of program
5. Good communication skill for internally and externally.
6. Work with commodity team to control the supplier and supplier development.
7. Have the capability to work with global team as program purchasing role.
8. Know well the company process.

Job Relations：Keep good communication and cooperation with all the colleagues and managers to ensure the quick problem solving.

资格和要求 Qualification and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Engineering in relevant discipline preferred; Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar educational level acceptable;
2. 5+ program Management experience on electronic industry;
3.Proven analytical and problem solving skills
4. Excellent interpersonal skills
5. Passion and proactive work
6. Good English skills both written and oral.
