职位描述
Overall Purpose:
To lead a marketing and communications team/function to promote and increase CIMAs profile within the region.
Responsible for planning, implementation and delivering the regional marketing and communications plan to build CIMAs profile and reputation by:
increasing student recruitment, progression and retention
increasing membership and member retention
promoting CIMA products and services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Identify and develop new markets for strategic growth to deliver sales KPIs in North Asia region
Devise and develop plans with major employers and secure agreements to recruit and/or train CIMA students and members and generate sales from CIMA’s products and services.
Work with corporate centre to coordinate, produce and deliver global marketing campaigns including marketing communications materials, high profile global events.
Raise CIMA’s profile and brand awareness within the region
Promote CIMAs products to members and students.
Inspire and motivate a team of marketing and PR/ communications professionals.
Attend and represent the region at international brand teleconferences and global working parties to deliver global campaigns and events etc.
As regional brand champion:
Embed the CIMA footprint, CIMAs behaviours and brand ethos within the region.
Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to all marketing activities accurately reflect the CIMA brand.
Manage the use of central marketing and communications tools such as the Brand Hub (CIMAs central online marketing resource) and eSend (CIMAs in-house HTML email campaign tool).
Work with central Global Profile and Communications to oversee local PR agency/ in-house representatives to input into global PR KPIs and deliver global PR campaigns in line with related objectives.
Responsible for the guardianship of the CIMA brand within the region and ensuring all activities appropriately reflects the CIMA brand.
Increase student recruitment and student/member retention in the region and meet targets as set out in CIMA plans/strategy, and work within a set budget
Develop and implement appropriate regional recruitment, retention and employer marketing and communications campaigns to maximise student growth and student / member retention in the region
Implement global campaigns into the local markets working with the central profile and communications and marketing teams
Create campaigns/messages to maximise the impact of CIMA’s Relationship Framework on recruitment and retention activities in the market place
Manage and continually improve the way we collate and handle prospects
Devise strategies and programmes to maximise prospect to student conversion
Identify relevant income generating opportunities and work as appropriate with other departments to develop products and campaigns
Work with the information management team to analyse the information within CARIS and elsewhere to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing and communications activities, enabling a metrics based marketing decision making which can drive performance
To measure performance and evaluate strategies and campaigns for added value and continuous improvement, feeding back to the global profile team where necessary

DESIRABLE:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of all areas of the marketing, PR mix and how to apply them in both commercial and not-for-profit industries.
Experience of developing a marketing and communications strategy to support organisational objectives and managing budget
Experience in successfully managing a team engaged in diverse activities
Understanding of business processes and how they interface with marketing activity.
Ability to use business processes to maximise the effectiveness of campaigns.
Experience of sourcing and recognising new promotional activities.
Preferred a recognized Degree or Postgraduate Degree in Marketing, PR or Communications
Good knowledge of the local education sector
To review all current and significant risks within CIMA and the post holder’s designated directorate on a monthly basis. Advising the Senior Management Team on progress and applying counter measures where appropriate.
