Principal Accountabilities:
1. Understand the customer requirement and standard.
2. Make the total assembly design and parts design for tools and automated line.
3. Train the operators and the other team member for the design and process.
4. Sensitive to improve the process for the quality and cost saving.
5. Help for the quality control and material sourcing validation.
6. Participates in a project team.
7. Make out the design solution base the customer requirement.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree with 5 years work experience.
2. Have the experience in the machine tool design/automobile assembly line design will be better.
3. Have good communication skill and teamwork spirit.
4. Energetic and ready to travel.
5. Good at English communication.
6. High integrity and strong ability to work independently.
7. Strong sense of responsibility.
