I Overall Responsibilities
Serve as one of the key technical expert for Body-In-White (Automotive) Products development & support and be responsible for hardware & software system integration of industrial robot and process automation system.

II Principal Accountabilities

Develop new robotic products for Automotive industry together with a team of R&D engineers
Robot-based manufacturing cell, line or system integration solution analysis, design, optimization and development
Robot integration application system test, debugging and analysis.
Product support for the customer-oriented robot application integration system
Create new project ideas for satisfying development needs while also ensuring their long-range technology position and competitiveness.
Document the results of R & D activity through patent applications, technical reports and publications

III Requirements
· Bsc with 3+ years working experience in Mechatronics, Automation, and MSc. or PhD with equivalent background;
· Experience in automation for Automotive Industry is a plus
· The highly successful individual will demonstrate good organizational skills, can create and participate in cross-group process definition for robotics system integration.
· Hands-on experience in common and advanced solutions for industrial automation system; familiar with robot and PLC programming; has big manufacturing system integration experience.
· Experience in Siemens PLC STEP 7 automation platform is necessary
· Basic knowledge in PC based software programming is a plus
· Has broad knowledge in the fields of electrical control system and robotics system development and integration.
· Extensive experience in robotics work cell engineering for common automation processes (Welding, Material handling, painting and assembly, etc.)·
· Behavioral Skills Preferred: ·Effective communication and presentation skills.
· Good command of written & spoken English (Must be able to communicate effectively both in written and oral English in a global team).
· Open-mind and energy
· Able to promote teamwork.
