Position/ Reporting lines:



· The LocalBusinessUnit Financial Analyst supports the LBU Controller DM Robotics in all financial and commercial aspects. The LBU Financial Analyst is reporting to the LBU Controller DM Robotics.



Responsibilities:

· Support LBU Controller DM Robotics on a daily basis to deliver according to defined targets

act on behalf of LBU Controller as speaking partner to operations, controlling organization and especially LPG controllers
perform special projects as required
· Support planning, budgeting and forecasting for operations

· Preparation of reporting, measuring and analyzing of financials and key performance indicators on LBU level

consolidate and prepare order/ revenue forecast, cost status/ work due provision, overdue follow-up
report Operational Excellence data in Opx Analyzer reporting system for financial result and COPQ data
consolidate, summarize results and distribute to business lines as necessary
prepare review PPTs and discuss deviations with LPG Controller
Prepare revision of provision for general/ special warranty, stock, work due
prepare reporting package
· Play an active role with respect to enhancement/ development of tools and financial models to improve business predictability

· Play an active role with respect to process control, mitigation of business risk exposure

o internal control-internal testing-internal/ external auditor testing

process documentation/ implementation/ optimization
· Use common information platforms to analyze information

act as user for FI/ CO module
raise request to SAP consultants for problems and communicate back to users

Profile:



· Financial background, structured and result oriented with focus on processes

· Demonstrated analytical and cross-cultural communication skills with strong attention on detail

· Requires high level of coordination skills in order to gather relevant financial information from all parts of the organization

· Knowledge and experience in MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.), in SAP preferred (FI and CO, PS, SD modules)

· Fluent in English in speaking and writing, mother tongue Chinese preferred

· Demonstrated good problem solving skill, approaching problems with open mind and persistence in order to deliver on time

· Education: Business Administration, Accounting and / or equivalent experience.

· Experience: >3 years in controlling/ accounting function
