职位描述
Mission Statement:
1. In charge for key mining account management and coal mining business development for targeted key customers and report to LBU manager.
2. Foster and direct the implementation of aggressive measures to increase market share, business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Interface with Country/Group to implement organic/inorganic growth initiatives.
4. Develop and maintain the strategic relationships with key partners.
5. Liaise with sales team/project management team/accounting/credit controller/marketing etc.on all subjects concerning activities in his/her responsible key accounts.
Main Accountabilities:
1. Strategy development:
- Contribute to the determination of the sales strategy and marketing plans/programs and execute according to annual budget and Global BU strategy, in line with middle term financial planning and targets.
2. Business opportunities:
- Build and retain long-lasting relationships with existing and new large accounts and authorities, top level customer contacts to secure and maintain business patterns in allocated key customer.
- Monitor and analyze activities, trends and tailored requirements of key mining customers and market.
- Take personnel leadership for development and acquisition of projects with strategic market importance.
- Accountable for sales revenues, project planning/ growth and profitability in the responsible working environment.
- Support in organic/inorganic growth
3. Leadership:
- Ensure effective cooperation with sales and market team and other function as well in business development and strategic sales activities.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
1. In-depth understanding of technical and commercial issues of mining systems, interrelationships with markets and major mining companies, and ability to resolve various complex, related matters.
2. Requires innovative strategic planning skills, ability to assess and manage risks, and translate LBU goals and objectives into realistic marketing and sales plans.
3. Strong communication skills to influence senior managers and negotiate with customers' executives on issues that may have major financial and future business implications.
4. Interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and effectively utilize internal and external networks to address business needs
5. Degree in Engineering or Business plus solid experience in mining industry and business operation.
