职位描述

Duties:
1.Indentify sales opportunities and implement action plans
Propose sales promotion strategies, initiate sales action plans on the basis of the agreed targets with Sales Manager in order to align sales strategy and achieve mid and short term business objectives.
2.Plan and carry out sales activities to achieve sales targets
Identify customers' needs, sales opportunities to develop and conclude profitable business in the assigned accounts.
3.Credit management
Monitor and control customer accounts receivable (outstanding/overdue) in order to minimize overdue and the risks of bad debt. To meet A/R target as per Agreed Target.
4.Sales Forecast
To ensure accuracy of sales forecast so as to minimize high inventory situation and avoid short supply due to inaccurate sales forecast. To provide forecast – by customer, by products to ensure production plants to have sufficient information and lead time for planning and inventory
5.Customer Visit Reports
Prepare timely individual customer visit reports and clearly indicate customer’s needs and industrial trend.
6.Monthly Sales report
Prepare Monthly sales report on Sales revenue, A/R status, customer’s needs, issues, competitors and industrial trends.
7.Collect market information
Carry out market surveys, constantly update customer profiles, identify new potential customers in the assigned area in order to achieve a high degree of market transparency.
8.New Customers/business
To constantly develop new business/new customers for sales growth.
9.Implement individual customer concepts
Develop and implement individual customer oriented concepts in order to address individual customer needs and develop and maintain a steady customer.


Skills and Abilities:
1.University degree in Silicate Engineering, Cement or related discipline.
2.Minimum 5 years experience as technical sales in Cement industry.
3.Work experience in Cement Plants will be referred.
4.Experience with Foreign Investment Company an added advantage.
5.Good English language skills, sales experience preferred.
6.Familiar with Microsoft Software applications.
