MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
To drive the provision of a high quality IT & ERP service and integrate company IT tools & resources.
Collaborate with internal IT teams to effectively deliver services to end users
To identify, track and manage key operational risks to the service, providing strong co-ordination with the business, IT and Operational Risk. High attention given, but not limited to, business continuity, IT audit requirements , hardware & software compliance.
Collaborate with and understand internal/external needs from a business process and product perspective to help drive key IT solutions for driving operational efficiencies.
Accountability for the provision of a reliable and stable service which meets the internal/external needs and ensure its sustainable.
To build a clear understanding of the service requirements of the business
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the IT function.
Coordination of work schedules, priorities, and performance management of IT personnel.
Responsibility for financial forecasting and cost management of IT function.
Follow all procedures and policies within IT and the company.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, major in Science and Engineering or related discipline
Proficient in computer system structure, hardware & software management, ERP management, server operating system and computer network management technology (such as TCP/IP, VPN, servers, switches, routers, network maintenance and firewalls).
Able to code programme.
Minimum of 8 years work-related experience required in IT function and at least with 3 years managerial experience.
Has experience to implement ERP or some big software tools.
Able to amend plans to meet changing business priorities with excellent trouble shooting skills.
Able to deal with conflict in a positive & constructive manner.
Ability to work under pressure
Demonstrated leadership and resource management experience
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Team Orientated and Self Motivated.
