职位描述 Job Description:
1、负责、掌握并控制整个项目的进程，管理设计、造价咨询顾问提交的成果以及甲方代表的相关意见，以确保项目的成功交付。
Responsible for all project management protocols and implementation, through managing lead-in deliverables from Design and Cost Consultants and Client/owner representatives, in driving and monitoring the overall progress, through to final delivery of the project to owners’ satisfaction.
2、每周及每月向公司总监、甲方及项目团队汇报项目进展情况和风险分析。
Reporting direct to AGL Company director in HK, with weekly and monthly reporting of status and risks to owner and project team.
3、熟悉项目的战略规划及详细的施工计划，能有效地对施工、协调、质量管理、质量控制、安全及其他各项进行管理，同时对总承包商/分包/材料供应商进行管理，并将成本控制在预算之内。
Must be fully conversant with major projects’ strategic planning functions and detailed works scheduling. Managing through an efficient Project Team Structure and Organization. Capable of hands on on-site Construction Management, Field coordination, Quality management, QA/QC, HSE, and of the various Major and other works package Contractors / Subcontractor / Vendors’, engaged on the site to deliver a quality end product timely and to budget.


任职资格 Qualifications：
1、10年以上零售业工程现场管理工作经验
Over 10 years of management experience on Retail projects
2、至少5年以上独立担任过项目的管理及施工经验
Min 5 years of independent project management with on site construction delivery experience
3、建筑 / 结构 / 工民建相关专业本科以上学历
Bachelor degree of construction / structural / civil engineering or other related major
4、具有管理公司或者业主单位现场经理经验
Experience of project management and/or overall Construction management and international quality and fast track project delivery.
5、中英文听说读写熟练，能将英语作为工作语言
Fluent in Mandarin, with good spoken and written English is a distinct advantage
6、熟悉Windows操作系统、熟练使用MS Office及AutoCAD等软件
Familiarity with Windows operating system, MS Office and AutoCAD and other project software.
7、具有管理能力及团队协作精神，具备良好的职业素质及职业道德
Good personal management skills and team work spirit, good professional quality and professional ethics
