Job Duties:
1. Design and optimization of mechanical components for Grace manufacturing systems or facilities. Components include liquid mixers, liquid / powder material transferring system, building facilities like ventilation, holding tanks setup, etc.
2. Develop design and drawings in accordance with applicable standards
3. Construct and oversee on-site construction of developed systems
4. Interface with outside vendors for component selection, manufacturing, and assembly
5. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, P&ID, and computer-generated reports
6. Confer with Grace team to implement project scheduling, operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information
7. Research and analyze collected design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data in the market to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications
8. Support EHS / FA documentation and implementation


Skills / Qualifications:
1. Very strong verbal and written English communication skills
2. Mechanical Engineering (ME) background (undergoing engineering master degree with ME bachelor degree preferred – at least final year). Good mechanical / electrical / chemical engineering aptitude and knowledge
3. Proficient in AutoCAD; 3D CAD modeling preferred
