Account Manager

We are looking for Account Manager in our office in Shanghai to establish and maintain relationships with strategic customers in China

Field of responsibility
- In coordination with account management, identify, develop, and close sales opportunities
- Provide customer service and support in coordination with project managers
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relations via consultative selling
- Prepares formal quotations for customers on daily basis and supports tenders etc
- Collect market and competitors' information; make market analysis together with account management team
- Support commercial issues of project management

Our requirements

- more than two years experience in documentation/translation field with Sales, CRM, AM, PM or similar experience
- good knowledge in oral and written English
- excellent presentation abilities
- pc skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
- strong interpersonal communication skills
- high IT knowledge is a plus
