Responsibilities:

· Work as LED
equipment vendor software engineer to provide customer SEMI standard
communication protocol (SECS/GEM) introduction and implementation, and collect
customer special requirement of their SECS/GEM and work with headquarter to
meet their needs for customer FAB host system.

· Trouble shooting
and provide solution for all equipment side software (PLC, HostInterface,
Equipment control interface, client/server PC etc.) and s/w upgrade.

· Communicate with HQ
technology support team and software develop team about customer's requirements

· Full fill customer
needs and expectations by consequent work on service tasks and projects, to
achieve and maintain the maximum customer satisfaction for all customers within
the AIXTRON group of companies.

· Provide remote
support (phone, mail) or onsite support as required.

· Provide training to
other colleagues and customers.

· Assist the sales
team in cases customers want to know how AIXTRON’s equipment can be lined to
their Fab system

· Keep a good
relationship with customer

· Continuous improvement
of the AIXTRON group image

Qualifications:

·
Bachelor
degree

·
Good
command of SEMI Standard protocol, including SECS I/SECS II/GEM

·
Familiar
with SEMI E4,E5,E30,E37,E37.1

·
Experience
in semi equipment integration with
customer FAB host system (EAP,MES,RMS,SPC) is a must;

·
Familiar
with PLC. Knowledge to other SEMI
equipment control architecture is a plus.

·
Basic
computer language skill is must: xml, SQL server, C++, MS web server

·
Strong
communication ability and project manage ability

·
Good
oral and written English ability

·
Willing
to accept over 80% travel and customer onsite support including overseas

·
Can
work under high pressure from customer
