Responsibilities:

<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Work as LEDequipment vendor software engineer to provide customer SEMI standardcommunication protocol (SECS/GEM) introduction and implementation, and collectcustomer special requirement of their SECS/GEM and work with headquarter tomeet their needs for customer FAB host system.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Trouble shootingand provide solution for all equipment side software (PLC, HostInterface,Equipment control interface, client/server PC etc.) and s/w upgrade.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Communicate with HQtechnology support team and software develop team about customer's requirements

<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Full fill customerneeds and expectations by consequent work on service tasks and projects, toachieve and maintain the maximum customer satisfaction for all customers withinthe AIXTRON group of companies.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Provide remotesupport (phone, mail) or onsite support as required.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Provide training toother colleagues and customers.

Qualifications:

<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Goodcommand of SEMI Standard protocol, including SECS I/SECS II/GEM

<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Familiarwith SEMI E4,E5,E30,E37,E37.1

<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Experiencein semi equipment integration withcustomer FAB host system (EAP,MES,RMS,SPC) is a must;

<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Familiarwith PLC. Knowledge to other SEMIequipment control architecture is a plus.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Basiccomputer language skill is must: xml, SQL server, C++, MS web server
