EY's Accounting Compliance & Reporting services provides a range of statutory reporting services and accounting support to assist our clients on the internal finance functions, including bookkeeping, financial statements preparation and other accounting functions. We are looking for high caliber professionals to join us.

Responsibilities:
1. Participate in daily Bookkeeping, Accounting & Compliance Reporting engagements.
2. Receive direction from the Manager, Senior Manager and Partner and execute procedures using the Accounting & Compliance Reporting service delivery framework.
3. Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress.
4. Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties.
5. Archive Accounting & Compliance Reporting engagements in a timely manner and in compliance with organization policy.
6. Review work of professionals to ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation. Provide daily guidance and coaching to professionals and help mentor, develop and evaluate them.
7. Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.

8. Follow through on client requests in a timely fashion, and manage expectations regarding the timing of deliverables and reports.

9. Build strong internal relationships within the team and across other services.

10. Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related disciplines; CPA or ACCA holder is an advantage.
2. 3 to 5 years’ experience in areas of accounting or internal control.

3. Working experience in Big 4, renowned consulting firm or MNC is an advantage.
4. Excel skill is needed.
5. Demonstrate a good knowledge in PRC GAAP and IFRS/US GAAP.
6. Excellent knowledge of computer skill including MS Office, an integrated ERP System (SAP, Dynamics, Oracle or similar), etc..
7. Good command of both English and Chinese.
8. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time-management skills and with strong sense of responsibilities.
9. Excellent commitment to job, positive initiative, a good team player and with right attitude to work.
10. Technically competent in resolving day to day operations relating to accounting matters.
