Responsibility:
1. Ensure execution of local design projects in budget, in time and in quality
1) Monthly track the ED&D spending
2) Monthly review project status in terms of scope, schedule, customer delivery, sign-off as well as technical aspects according to PLUS process
3) Maintain the engineering section of the project folder up-to-date
4) Release PR for prototype build (ED/DV phase )

2. Ensure execution of platform development in budget, in time and in quality
1) Monthly track ED&D spending
2) Monthly review project status in terms of scope, schedule and milestone as well as technical aspects

3. Ensure Engineering interface with the customer
1) Regularly review the project status with customer
2) Clarify the base line of project with customer
3) Define the delivery plan with customer

4. Ensure support to launch and to maintenance of the SOP projects
1) Ensure right engineers and right knowledge to support launch and quality analysis
2) Manage scope change / engineering change after SOP

5. Align/interface with global Product Project Leader
1) Keep regular communication with global Product Project leader for transfer project
2) Ensure proper support from global PDTL l and Engineering Data transfer to CTC

6. Ensure sustainable growth of CTC PDTL
1) Coach Staff PDTL
2) Support Engineering Manager to Identify talents with high potentials and further develop them


Education:
1. Bachelor degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Engineering or Computer Science, or similar
2. Master degree is preferred

Required Skills and Experience:
1. Professional experience to include:
1) Minimum 5 years in Automotive Electronics
2) At least 4 years for one of HW, ME , SW and System experience
3) Experience with Project management
4) Familiar with CAN/LIN, OSEK, vehicle diagnosis
5) Experience with instrument clusters, infotainment/connectivity or body electronics

2. Professional competencies to include:
1) Effective communication in both written and spoken English
2) Good negotiation skills
3) Good planning capability
4) Good grip on time and activity management tools (e.g. MS project), presentation tools (e.g. MS-PowerPoint), Office-Tools (MS-Excel and MS-Word)
