OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLE:

? Ricardo-Shanghai is undergoing a period of rapid expansion over the next 3 years. The purpose of the role is to provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support in an effective and efficient manner.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Reception work, answering phone calls, doors, welcome visitors in a professional manner
? 前台接待工作，包括专业效率的电话应答，到访人员接待等事宜
? Office maintenance, including stationary, office facility
? 办公室及日常物品的维护与补给，包括文具，办公物品等等
? Prepare visa invitation letters for visitors
? 签发签证邀请函
? Support expatriates’ relocation including residence permits, appartment, car
? 为外派人员提供支持，包括居留证办理，住所，车辆安排等等
? New starter support
? 新到岗人员行政支持
? Office car management and co-ordinator
? 办公室车辆管理
? Liaison work, eg: translation, printing
? 与供应商联络事宜，包括协调翻译，印刷等等
? Backup role for travel arrangements
? 差旅安排，包括机票，酒店，车辆预订（仅当相关人员不在岗时需要提供支持）
? Other tasks from line manager
? 直属领导交付的其他任务
