职位描述

Job Responsibility:

? Secure sufficient sales volume to meet or exceed established sales budget within a specified territory.

? In conjunction with sales management, prospect new accounts to consistently maintain market penetration and increase market share following the established call frequency/ratio guidelines.

? Develop, manage and increase relationships and developments with our key distributors and end-user customers based on established business plans and instituted call frequency/ratios.

? Develop sales forecasts and annual written sales plan for the district.

? Educates and informs customers and prospects of new products and programs through personal contact with customer personnel.

? Analyze strengths and weakness of existing key distributor accounts. Take steps to develop the right number and type of key distributors within the district.

? Control within approved levels the expenditure of company money for travel, entertainment, promotions, and office-related items and activities.

? Coordinate the resolution of service and product complaints within company guidelines.

? Seek new uses and applications for Alpha products with end-users and assist these prospective customers in adapting company products to their own requirements specifications. Coordinate these opportunities with selected distributors.

? Provide reports to management in accordance with established forms and directives.

? Perform administrative responsibilities including scheduling, OEM/Quote summaries, Call/Notes reporting, CRM data input and expense reporting utilizing Outlook to manage schedules and calendars.

? Participates in trade and professional associations to keep up-to-date on new developments.

? Recommends market and product changes and revisions based on potential available in the territory and developing trends.

? Work with assigned Inside Sales Agent and all other sales support personnel to develop business in district.

? Develop and maintain a time management program which allows significant time to spend designing Alpha products into the end-user market while supporting all key distributors in the district.

? Inform Sales Manager and headquarters of significant competitive and market developments.

? Provides product/sales training to distributors/end-users as needed and provides for product demand through sales development calls.

? Provides assistance and guidance to stocking distributors to maintain sufficient inventory of product.


Job Requirement:

? 4-Year Undergraduate Degree or equivalent work experience within the electronics/electrical industry.
? 5+ years relevant sales experience from wire & cable, connectivity, automation products is preferred.
? Working experience on channel sales model will be preferred.
? Good communication skill at personal and group level
? Excellent communication skills – written and oral English language capability strongly preferred
? Planning and budgeting capability
? Excellent organizational and time management skills
