岗位职责
? 参与或负责公司数据产品的开发和实施；
? 编写及维护软件功能规格说明书，设计及开发过程中产生的系列文档；
? 负责公司产品的系统设计和核心代码的编写；
? 负责公司产品的本地化实施；
? 技术难点的功关，解决项目中遇到的技术难题；
? 对初中级开发人员提供技术上的指导；
? 对外技术合作的沟通、接口的设计和主要代码的实现；
? 完成领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求
? 重点大学计算机专业本科及以上学历；
? 5年及以上工作经验；
? 精通 JAVA EE，熟悉Java Web开发的主流框架。
? 熟悉前端开发技术， 掌握JavaScript，CSS，Html等基本知识， 能熟练使用并理解JQuery框架及相关组件；
? 深入了解浏览器之间的差异，以往项目代码有良好兼容性，有多浏览器通用开发项目经验的优先；
? 熟悉主流的应用服务器的应用部署及调优,如weblogic,websphere,tomcat等。
? 有扎实的关系型数据库基础知识，熟练掌握一种数据库产品，熟悉Teradata数据仓库优先。
? 有数据产品的设计和开发经验，熟悉数据产品的开发流程和标准，有基于数据仓库环境开发数据产品经验优先；
? 有良好的软件工程意识和编码习惯，致力于编写高质量的代码和文档。
? 对技术有强烈兴趣，有优秀的学习能力和强烈的进取心，工作认真负责，对工作成果精益求精；
? 良好的团队意识和协作精神，有较强的沟通能力和项目管理能力.
? 能接受20%出差。
