Mission:

SSTG-software engineer is responisble of the ECU software debugging and following up the software evolution for each application.
He/She supports the calibration team for various tests and performs parts of the calibration;
He/She coordinates with the engine calibration team to define relative tests to confirm the software problem;
He/She shares the ECU software problems with the software design team;
He/She shares the ECU software evolutions with the calibration team;
He/She participates in the work of quality improvement plan.


Major Responsibilities:

- Summarize and synthesize ECU software problems, assign gravity for each problem
- Follow up all the problems detected for each project and classify them
- Define and perform additional tests to clarify some specific problems
- Follow up the software planning and make propositions
- Present the software contents at each release of the new software
- Validate the corrections in the new software
- Make calibration suggestions for some specific functions
- Support other teams for engine bench or powertrain tests


Technical Skills:

- Good knowledge of Engine control functions
- Good knowledge of Simulink
- Good knowledge of French preferred
- Team player with strong communication skills
