ESI is seeking a Service Business Manager for its China operation who will be responsible for:
? Interfacing with customers to identify, develop and drive commercial opportunities; communicate prioritized customer service requirements to ESI China service organization to deliver proper level of customer support for optimized execution and sustainment
? Coordination of technical and administrative staffs to support service activities, including installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and engineering change upgrades.
? Lead, manage, and develop field service team to achieve ESI China objectives.
? Develop effective on-job training program to help FSEs upgrade their skill/knowledge and enhance the core competence.
? Provide professional technical service/resources to our customers in achieving the best customer satisfaction.
Communicate and escalate field service issues to ESI-USA and follow through with action items to ensure issues are resolved.
? Develop, coach, and provide constructive feedback to help employees’ career development within the Company.
? Maintain positive team morale and motivation towards the job and Company.

Job Requirements:
? 7- 10+ years of related working experience (capital equipment service/technical roles), which includes 3 years of management or supervisory experiences in multi-national companies.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to demonstrate leadership and create a dynamic & motivated work atmosphere to the team.
? Fluent mandarin and English communication in oral, writing, and reading.
? At least university graduate with ME or EE major. MM is a plus not necessary
? Familiar with MS and ERP applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
