Responsibilities:
1)Responsible for management of TV channel environment (sell-out, promotions, actions, marketing)
2)Responsible for retail channel
3)Cooperation with distribution manager on stock actions
4)Collect and analyze information on the regional market
5)Develop a business strategy in the region base on the results of analysis
6)Organize and develop distribution system in the region find wholesales buyers, partners,
7)Provide the implementation of advertising campaigns to promote product in the region
8)Develop sales plans in the region , a program to increase sales volume and coordinate its implementation
9)Coordinate the conclusion of contracts with regional counterparts and control the timely and quality performance of contractual obligation coordinate payments for sold products and financial flows

Qualifications:
1)college or above, master is preferred
2)at least 5 years sales experiences, including at least 1 year TV sales experience
3)fluent in Russian and English, and Mandarin will be a plus
4)excellent logical thinking, demonstrated abilities & skills in organizing, communication, problem solving, and execution
5)result driven and self-motivation
