职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Tendering and management of projects from the business development stage to final contract settlement
2. Lead China and South-East Asia sales team
3. Deal with company’s direct clients and supervise our agencies in the Asia-Pacific region
4. Handling of assigned higher-level duties in the areas of market development, product development and marketing together with the company’s strong global technical team
5. Discuss and develop solutions to meet our clients's requirements
6. Contribute to the overall development of the company
7. Working base will be mainly in Shanghai with occasional travel in Asia
Requirements:
1. Either qualified structural engineer or other strong technical background
2. Minimum of 5 years professional experience in a similar leading position in China and around at least 3 years spent abroad
3. Must be familiar with construction field in China and whole Asia (ideally bridge or steel construction industry, however any construction field is also acceptable)
4. Experience in working for an international company
5. International mind-set
6. Motivated and competent at solving complex commercial tasks in a timely and success-orientated manner
7. Entrepreneurial
8. Strong leadership
9. Good organizing ability
10. Quick learning
11. hard-working and able to work under pressure
12. Radiate authority
