General Summary Statement

The Human Resources Officer position will provide HR support to the Human Resources Manager and various business units within Ford Automotive Finance (China) Ltd. This position will assist in the daily support of all HR activities, be expected to provide general HR guidance and advice to our business partners and will have the opportunity to develop within a professional Human Resources environment.

This position will be responsible for;


Responsible for the full recruitment process to meet the extensive hiring, induction and performance assessment process of new employees to ensure the organization has the right people with the right skill, in the right positions, at the right time;
Conduct training needs, training record, training feedback and training discipline analysis to make adjustment accordingly to maximize the value that training brings to the business;
Schedule classes; coordinate the efforts of the training/development staff and consultants; manage and participate in the development of classes, handbooks, manuals, course outlines, and other material; approve class design and material.
Supporting the provision of a full range of HR services to the organization including payroll administration, personnel records maintenance in People-soft and HR-soft, benefits, policies and procedures, regional and local regulatory reporting, etc;
Providing general HR customer service to employees in regard to policy interpretation, policy implementation and guidance, may also include employee welfare and benefit entitlements, etc;
Leading the Welfare Committee to enhance employee engagement, understand the philosophy of employee engagement, develop & implement annual plan, review budget plan on a regular base, and control the whole expense process;
Review policies and procedure of HR department to ensure all practices are compliance with internal and external requirement.
Review HR services and initiate enhancement activities to improve the quality of overall services that HR function provides to the whole organization;
Communicating with employees and developing creative ideas to support the organisation's business activities, identify and implement actions to enhance employee satisfaction and performance;
Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the business.


We are looking for candidates who have;

Minimum of 5 years previous work experience as a HR generalist with an understanding of the role of HR in the business and able to work proactively and independently;
High integrity, working hard, pro-active, can quickly establish the trust, respect and confidence of the Human Resources team and key business partners, and can work under high pressure;
Have excellent communication skills with strong competence in both English and Chinese written and oral skills;
Good time management and organisational skills and have the ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced, diverse, and challenging environment.
Ability to support the implementation, monitoring and compliance with global policies, procedures and local regulations.
