Responsibility:

1. Leader of internal PPM improvement (Analyze problems using Quality tools, define, implement and following up corrective actions);

2. Manage Quality Control to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system;

3. Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints;

4. Develop training to build quality awareness;

5. Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions;

6. Respect the safety and environmental rules of the company.
