Responsibilities

1,Assist sales manager to achieve sales target and maintain relationship with clients.

2,Managing the sales of GKN and GKN affiliate products to assigned customers.

3,Developing and executing a customer service plan to achieve sales profitability, penetration and growth.

4,Routine work: prepare weekly report, monthly report, Roll out and analyze data of customer forecast and actual order, Customer relationship management, sales development with sales manager, Invoice input into ERP system, and other sales support daily work etc.

5,Provides client specific proposals and reports for sales managers before client meeting.

6,Analyze information provided by clients and internal and provides input to account planning process.

7,Maintain relationships with clients and provide input in Customer Relationship Management.

8, Assist with sales manager proceeding sales development.

9,To coordinate the sales activities with the globe key account team: internal price definition, project coordination.

10,To cooperate with PLM&plants in the quality and logistic of the products supplies to customer.

11,Make offers, deal and negotiate.

Qualifications:

1. B.A degree and above. at least 3 years experience in sales or customer service, prefer in automotive/ auto parts industry.
2. General knowledge of business practices and TS16949 system.
3. Excellent in Excel skill.

4. Basic ERP acknowledge for sales model.

5. Fluent in oral English.
