职位描述
Responsibilities
1.Handle and store data with due regard to confidentiality.
2.Support a safe working environment in accordance with Company procedures and current legislation.
3.Adopt a total quality philosophy by: seeking opportunities for continuous improvement; eliminating waste; communicating effectively; striving to exceed the internal and external customers' expectations.
4.Lead the application engineering tasks for the customer platform. This will involve liaison with Product Specialists in Japan and Europe.
5.Review customer requirements / specifications and initiate / conduct feasibility studies.
6.Prepare the assembly design package for initial review.
7.Manage all relevant application engineering tasks/activities in accordance with the customer APQP and TTG deliverables (including pre 'C0' through stage 'C4' and inclusive of stage 'D') within the framework of TTG's program management sign-off system for global applications.
8.Lead the technical response (approval) for the stage 'D' change management process.
9.Perform the engineering calculations for product application and make proposals on the product type. Validate and approve the product performance at each stage of development in accordance with the customer and TTG specifications.
10.Manage and support the creation and update of the assembly DFMEA and PFMEA.
11.Lead internal design reviews and the assembly drawing approval.
12.Lead supplier design reviews (DFM and DFA).
13.Lead prototype and pre-production sample build reviews.
14.Initiate prototype requests.
15.Prepare test specifications and the test development plan (DVP&R) for customer release.
16.Support financial assessments and cost analysis.
17.Co-ordinate the PPAP package preparation with product launch operations through the appropriate Product Launch Managers.
18.Support other TTG activities as required.
19.Good English language skills necessary. Add. Japanese/Korean language skills preferable

Qualifications:
1.Bachelors Degree in a Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent experience in automotive maker or supplier.
2.Gear product experience would be preferable
3.More than five years experience, preferably in an automotive or related arena, and with demonstrable success working in a multinational, multicultural environment.
