Responsibilities

1,Determine appropriate driving test programs to fulfill work orders in consultation with the client

2,Organization and preparation of vehicle tests (also in agreement with test track operators)

3,Analysis of test results and independent decision on modification of test programs

4,Preparation of test reports and presentation of results to the supervisor or clients

5,Development of control algorithms for electronically controlled torque management systems

6,Testing and tuning of these control algorithms by vehicle tests and / or simulations and conducting vehicle tests with customers to calibrate the Torque Management Systems

Qualifications

1,Bachelors Degree in a Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent experience in automotive maker or supplier. Driveline component development experience would be preferable .

2,More than five years working experience. Min 3 years work experience in the field vehicle tests to evaluate the vehicle dynamic behavior of vehicles and Experience in the development and calibration of electronic control systems influencing the dynamics (especially Torque Management Systems)preferably in an automotive or related arena, and with demonstrable success working in a multinational, multicultural environment.

3,Driving license for passenger cars mandatory. Very good driving skills and ability to objectively interpret vehicle performance.

4,Good PC skills especially with simulation and evaluation software (MGraph, MatLab Simulink,...)

5,Fluent in Chinese and English.
