岗位职责
Responsibilities
1.负责汽车天窗产品的匹配分析，分析客户的技术标准并将能其转化成相应的设计输入
Responsible for sunroof matching study, and analyze customer’s technical specification to transfer it to the
relative design input
2.协助制订或制订产品的设计计划，并按时保质地完成产品的开发设计
Assistant to or make product design and development schedule, and complete the product design activities accordingly to meet the relative quality requirements
3.负责汽车天窗产品的机构设计，包括三维建模并绘制二维图纸，主导图纸的发行和产品的工程更改
In charge of mechanical design for vehicle sunroof, including 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation, and conduct drawing release and product design change
4.准备DFMEA文件，并按时对其进行更新
Prepare for DFMEA and update it on time
5.制订产品的实验计划，并通过对原型样件或产品进行试验来保证产品能顺利地进入设计验证阶段
Make product verification plan, and make sure the product to be capable to enter the product validation
6.负责完成产品的公差分析与计算或产品极限状态分析，并制定相应的解决方案
Prepare for product design review and be able to resolve the design failure accordingly on time
7.准备并组织各阶段的设计评审，并能按时处理和解决各类设计失效问题
Prepare for product design review and be able to resolve the design failure accordingly on time
8.负责支持处理对客户和公司内部其它部门的技术支持
Be responsible for technical supporting for customer and other internal cross function departments
9.负责处理和供应商之间的技术沟通、评估产品的样件和批准OTS样件
Be responsible for the technical communication with suppliers, verify the samples and approve OTS samples
10.协助负责产品设计标准的制定工作

岗位要求
Requirements
1.具备本科以上学历，机械类，机电一体化或汽车相关专业毕业。可实习2个月或以上。
Bachelor degree, mechanical related major. Can intern 2 months or above.
2.熟练使用CATIAV4/V5或UG软件
Skilled in CATIA V4/V5 or UG
3.英语听、说、读、写流利
Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
4. 熟练使用OFFICE等相关软件
Skilled in use of office software.
